Hello

Why We're Different

There seems to be a couple different camps of home owners. The first camp are those that can afford custom passive homes that are expensive and timely to deliver, but perform well but often have unique materials and new building methods. The second camp are saddled with selecting from a few vanilla home designs with a little customization and very little thought into the building science aspect and efficiency of the home.

We believe that there's a middle-ground where we can build high performance homes, that look great by simply making a few thoughtful decisions during the build process while still using standard, off-the-shelf construction materials and normal building methods.

We think we can be more energy conscious and have a larger impact by having a larger percent of builders building this way vs. the 1% building passive, custom homes.
